Bahrain Aeronautical Information Management System


The Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) system falls under the Air Navigation System Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and is responsible for ensuring the flow of information essential for the safety, regularity, and efficiency of international air navigation.

AIM provides aeronautical information services to support international civil aviation stakeholders and is responsible for receiving, originating, publishing, storing, and distributing specified aeronautical information/data for operational purposes.

Publications include the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), AIP Supplements, Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC), Notices to Airmen (NOTAM), checklists, lists of valid NOTAMs, Pre-flight Information Bulletins (PIB), and Flight Plans (FPL).
